i don't want to forget.

woke up and called grandma today for a lunch meetup. grandma was tanning in the sun when I called. Went to her place at half past noon.

gave her wetherby's toffees. she likes them!

then we went to eat noodles with dumplings, fried vermicelli, fried rolls wrapped in rice rolls.

then went to visit grandpa at the hospital. he has switched ward to the recovery patient ward. pretty nice conditions! grandpa ate Dextol lime candy that I bought hehe. He also held my hand and said he ate 6 almond cookies the day before ^^

on the way back to grandma's, she invited me over to drink leungcha. and on the way, we passed by a stall selling sweaters. she really wanted a pink one. so we looked and I paid. she asked me to save my money for myself and not to buy her stuff. but she didn't refuse. and she was happy ^^

we went to pick up my curtains before going home. grandma was walking slower and slower, i noticed she was tired.

we also had a chat about hats and I asked whether she wants a gray hat. she asked me how it was like and whether it had a tongue. I said yes. she said she wants a gray hat, or better, wine red. i';; find the perfect hat!

drank leungcha. and looked at grandma's hat collection. grandma said her head is small so she can't wear big hats, so the hat cousin Nana bought for her from Japan can't be used. She also showed me a cap that grandpa bought in Hawaii years ago. She even remembers that it was $3 USD....

After that she insisted on going to buy vegetables herself and told me to go home.

I did. While stopping at the library and got Emily Giffin's 'Where We Belong'


At night, i talked to Dennis. He's probably going to come to HK to visit grandpa with Sally and Evelyn!!! can't wait to see my cute niece
